Return policy

Ideal Husband offer their customers the opportunity to exchange their purchase or have a company credit (for the amount paid for the item returned), in the case they have made the wrong choice in size and only in the instance that the items are returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn and undamaged. Responsibility for the cost and condition of the returned items lies with the customer. Please return them in the same type of packaging as they were sent to you. We will pay the postage on the replacement items for those customers in Australia only.

In the case that any Ideal Husband product or material is faulty or fails within 3 months of purchase, Ideal Husband will repair this item at no charge. Customers will not incur a postage fee for repaired items.
Please send all returns via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Bespoke – special colour / material order

A Special Order defines any pair of shoes made to the SPECIFIC order by the client relating to colours and textures of leather different to the products on the Ideal Husband site. Ideal Husband will not exchange or refund on Bespoke – Special Order items, if the customer had a change of mind on style or colour. However, Ideal Husband will remake orders that are ill fitting caused by manufacture.

Ideal Husband does not distribute or sell the data we collect from our clients to third parties.
